Initial idea 1: Artificial Intelligence for Cyber Security

Artificial Intelligence for Cyber Security

The cybersecurity sector is now centred on artificial intelligence (AI). AI is a buzzword these days, but it refers to a few strategies that may be pretty useful for security. It is made of machine learning algorithms that can detect and respond to threats in real-time. They can determine if incoming data is harmful or not. Many of the assaults that occur nowadays are not new. In truth, similar attacks have happened to other persons in different locations. As a result, if we create a database that stores all of the data that has ever been collected and feeds it to machine algorithms, assaults can be stopped before they happen(Kashyap,2019).

Applications of AI Techniques:

As we all know, we are heading toward a future where we will interact with more intelligent machines than humans. As technology advances, so do dangers and attacks. We must include AI approaches in our security system to combat these threats. In this part, I explored the use of several AI approaches to avoid cyber attacks(Anwar,2017).

  • Application of Intelligent Agents:
Intelligent agents are self-contained computer systems that produce forces that interact with one another to share knowledge and engage in the planning and execution of appropriate responses to an unanticipated event. Intelligent agents counter Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. After resolving various legal and business concerns, building up a cyber-police force comprised of intelligent agents on a fundamental level (portable). Infrastructure must be installed to support the mobility and communication of the cyber agent. It should, however, be inaccessible to enemies(Anwar,2017).

  • Application of Neural nets:

To identify and prevent intrusions, neural networks are deployed. There are recommendations for using them in DoS detection, malware categorisation, spam recognition, zombie detection, computer worm identification, and forensic investigations. Neural nets are well-known in cyber security because of their fast speed when placed in hardware or as a graphic processor component(Anwar,2017).

  1. This is very detailed, with good use of in-text citations and references. I look forward the complete version.

I noticed that you have not provided the reference for the image.
